Pink Piano Apartment - Vintage Natural Light Photoshoot & Content Studio

Located in the heart of Glendale, this colorful vintage pink apartment is a natural light photoshoot location and content studio ideal for fashion, beauty, influencer, editorial, and brand content shoots. Designed with creators in mind, the space features multiple styled backdrops and distinct shooting areas within one location, allowing photographers and content creators to capture several different looks during a single booking. Featured shooting spaces include a pink piano parlor, vintage living room with dual patterned sofas and coved ceilings, striped backdrop wall, arched hallway, tiled mantle, dining nook, and optional office styling area for wardrobe or additional scenes. The apartment is styled with a curated mix of vintage and modern furniture, playful artistic details, and a fully restored vintage pink piano that serves as a unique focal point for photos and video (it is kept in tune and you're welcome to play it!). *Main Living Room* The main living room has a colorful 70’s-inspired feel and serves as one of the primary photoshoot areas in the apartment. It features two patterned Dani Dazey x Joybird sofas and a pink tiled faux fireplace and mantle that create a bold, graphic backdrop for photos and video. A large front window fills the room with natural light throughout the day, while bright statement lighting fixtures (all dimmable) allow additional lighting control when needed. The original 1930’s architecture includes tall coved ceilings that make the space feel bright, airy, and open. The room is styled with plants and eclectic vintage details that photograph beautifully. *Pink Piano Parlor* The adjacent parlor is home to the fully restored vintage pink piano - a signature focal point for shoots. This room also includes an electric guitar and amp available for use during your session. Additional features include a full-length mirror that works well for try-on hauls, fashion content, and styling shots, along with a vintage pink velvet sectional with fringe that gives the space a chic Parisian-inspired feel. *Kitchen + Dining Nook* The kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances and connects to a separate dining nook with a large rubber plant. This area works well for lifestyle content, cooking content, product shoots, and additional background variety during photoshoots. *Lighting + Design* All rooms include updated statement lighting fixtures that can be dimmed as needed. The home combines vintage architecture with colorful, eclectic design, offering multiple styled backdrops for photography, video, and content creation. *Bathroom* A small separate bathroom is designated specifically for guest use during bookings. *Host Presence* The homeowner will be working quietly on-site in a private office located in the back half of the apartment and will remain out of the way during your shoot. I am available if you have questions or need anything during your booking. *Booking Notes* Please read all rules carefully before booking. Boudoir shoots are welcome, but a barrier (such as a sheet or towel) must be placed between models and furniture for cleanliness. *Overtime Policy* Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate and begins immediately once your booking time ends. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
