Colorful and Creative Designer's Home with Pink Piano
About the Space
Located in the heart of Glendale, this LA content creator's home has been designed with color and creativity in mind. Furniture is a colorful eclectic mix of vintage and modern, with fun artistic details throughout - including a fully restored + tuned vintage pink piano (that you are welcome to play!)! Main living room has a 70's feel with two patterned Dani Dazey x Joybird couches and pink tiled faux fireplace / mantle. Huge front window in main living room lets light in all day as well as very bright (but dimmable) lighting fixtures. This 1930's home has tall coved ceilings that make the space feel very bright and open. Lots of plants in the space. Adjacent parlor has the pink piano and an electric guitar with amp that you are welcome to use. It also has a full length mirror great for try on hauls and videos, as well as a vintage reupholstered pink velvet sectional with fringe that gives a chic Parisian feel. All rooms have updated statement light fixtures. Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, as well as an attached but separate dining nook with loads of natural light. Small separate bathroom is designated just for guests. I also have a large outdoor patio with cute midcentury patio furniture including a Palm Springs vibe hanging chair + propane firepit. There is a huge cacti garden / desert landscaping in the front yard that can also be useful for some photo opportunities. Homeowner will be shut off on-site in back half of the apartment in her work office. I will stay out of the way of your production, but will be there working if you have any questions. Please read all of my rules before booking. If you have a request or question about anything above, please feel free to reach out and ask! :) I’m happy to clarify anything there may be confusion on. I do accept boudoir bookings, but require you use something between yourself and the furniture for cleanliness purposes. Overtime is subject to 1 1/2 times the hourly rate extra charge. I enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. Please note that your booking time should allot time for setup and tear down - that needs to be included in your overall booking slot.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All rugs and floors will be vaccuumed and cleaned prior to your arrival. Trash bin will have new liners and all common surfaces will be disinfected. All door handles will be properly wiped down and sanitized. Nontoxic disinfectant spray will be used for all soft surfaces. Shoes should be removed upon entering or shoe covers will be used once indoors to limit spread of germs in space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
