We have 2 acres, film crew and any vehicles have plenty of space to park.

Consult the full agreement for all policies (request to our contact). No tobacco/e-cigs/vape in the house (majijuana and alcohol okay - (outdoors areas can be designated upon agreement for tobacco/e-cigs/vape) No illegal drugs on the property whatsoever. No weapons (e.g. guns) [Film crews please consult] Anything broken/altered must be fixed, replaced, and set back to its original state unless we indicate otherwise. Any loud activity should be described and approved in agreement (stunts with high noise, motors.../...) Food could be allowed inside upon agreement with us (but dedicated fridge quarters will be assigned). No sleep over in the house, but tents and RVs allowed on the property for the duration of the event. All of the following questions and requests must be addressed (please request full packet of agreements and policies) • What type of team or production or crew is it (commercial, TV, feature, digital content, photography, meetings/retreat)? • What is the name of the company/production company, and what is the title of production (if any)? • Who is the contact person (for the event or at the production company)? • How many meeting/shooting days will there be? Will there be nights, days or both? • What will the hours be each day, factoring in meeting/prep, shoot and strike time? • Will there be any pre-meeting/prep days? • Can you please provide a description of the proposed activities? • How many people and vehicles (+vehicle type and size) will there be? • Are there any pyrotechnics, stunts, or noisier/larger than normal event or activity? • Supply references from the company’s last several locations • For production, please provide producer’s or director’s list of credits • Provide a contact with a parent company • Provide proof of (production) insurance, necessary permits, and our signed agreements
