About FRAMEWORK
2000 sq ft studio space with 16 ft high ceilings, a 28 ft x 24 ft corner cyc wall, client lounge area, 2 hair and makeup stations, a green room with a garment steamer, kitchenette, bathroom, gigabit WiFi & Sonos sound system, house grip package, ground-level 10 ft garage door access and 3 dedicated parking spaces, plus free street parking. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
