About the Space
The Studio contains (2) rooms. We have a White room used for Live Performances, Lectures, Seminars, Parties. The Green room is catered for LIVE interviews, podcast, commercials, etc. Both rooms are equip with professional 4K cameras, lights, microphones, LIVE Streaming equipment.

Lighting description
The windows are long rectangular, 10ft high, 3ft wide. The natural light is controlled by the blinds. The windows face east so the brightest time of the day is sunset. We have (2) built in spot-lights as well as (4) LED tube lights.
Space is not soundproof

You can hear Fire Trucks and Loud Motor Cycles.

Equipment loading description
No Loading Zone. There's a parking lot. You can park right next to stairs. Our Studio is right next to the top of the stairs.
Staging area is available
There are two rooms. If booking the Greenroom, you can use the Whiteroom for staging or vice-versa.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have (4) electrical outlets every 6 feet. Over 20 outlets per room.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking in studio; no guns or weapons; no food in the broadcast room; no children under 18 unaccompanied by an adult; no excessive profanity. Outside catering is allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved around and wall decorations can be removed.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Both rooms have professional 4K video recording cameras with Microphones.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaner disinfect before and after events. We also have (2) Air Dr the cleans the air in each room
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
