This is the house that Machine Gun Kelly lived in for 6 years and recorded his music. Beautiful large house 3 story house with high ceilings, with over 4400 square feet. High ceilings. 6 Bedrooms. Perfect for shooting movies and commercial shoots. Fully sound proofed music studio room included. Minimum 5 hours required and need to know how many people are coming exactly and what equipment will be brought in the house. Scouting fee $75/hr. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
