Centrally Located. 9 minutes from Downtown Stockton 8 minutes from the University of Pacific This cozy 2 bedroom is near all of your needs such as fast-food restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, entertainment, and much more! This home sits on a HUGE lot measuring just over 13,000 SQ ft on a corner lot so it's perfect for small gatherings or photography/videography. Right behind the home is the Smith Canal, so there is plenty of open-air and privacy.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

We recently rented this home for a production shoot, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space provided everything we required and more. The two bedrooms served excellently as a changing room and a voiceover space, offering privacy and comfort for our team. Additionally, the yard area was a gem for our production shoot. It provided ample room for our crew to maneuver, set up lights, and shoot easily, all while enjoying the beautiful outdoor surroundings.
