About the Space
Welcome to my home which has ample space both indoor and on the roof deck for small to medium sized productions. The roof deck features stunning views of San Francisco and Golden Gate Bridge. There is a large couch and open space for all kinds of shoots. The deck has glass panelling which significantly reduces wind exposure. Inside the home we have a modern kitchen and new furniture that make a great backdrop for indoor shoots. We have plenty of outlets and good voltage. For those that need to drive we have a street spot directly in front of the garage that makes for easy loading/unloading of your equipment. There is also a bedroom and bathroom for changing and makeup. We're conveniently located near Hyde and Polk streets so there are plenty of coffee shops and cafés nearby. Offering a discounted hourly rate as the space has yet to be completely furnished.

Before each booking all common areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We will also provide the cleaning and safety materials listed for guests to use while in the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
