About the Space
Our home has a large kitchen with open floor plan that is great for a wide variety of productions. The main living area leads out to a sunroom that can be used as well. We also offer our backyard for filming or it can be used as equipment staging/crew hangout area. 1 bathroom is available for shooting for crew use. **Bedrooms and second bathroom are not included in the rental of the home. But may be included for an additional cost**

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Lovely home and had the perfect kitchen for our client's social media content needs. The only reason we won't book again is because there was a cat and a dog on the premises that we weren't aware of and members of our team are highly allergic. Otherwise, great space and communication from the hosts.

Very fun and lovely experience. The owner was super sweet and helpful. She let us stay a bit over if needed , it was for content purposes for my business and she understood. We had no issues and such a fun turnout
