Guest making the reservation must be over 25 years of age and must provide a valid government issued photo ID 48 hours prior to check in along with a signed rental agreement with names of all adult guest. Event insurance must be purchased by guests. We only allow upto 2 dogs under 15 lbs per reservation. The dogs must be house trained and after payment of $300 dollars pet fee with reservation. Any unauthorized pets will be subject to $600 fine each. Pool heating must be requested atleast 24 hours prior and will incur additional fees. No parties or events allowed without written approval from host. Violations of parties / events rule can be subject to $750 fine. No smoking allowed inside the home, game room or flex room. Smoking only permitted near designated smoking area outdoors near the fire pit / BBQ area and cigarette butts should be discarded in the trash can provided. Any violations of smoking policy that requires additional cleaning will be subject to $750 fine. No loud music or noise after 10:00 pm so as not to disturb the neighbors. Use of pool and spa restricted after 10:00 pm so as not to disturb the neighbors. No hunting allowed on the property. Kids must be under adult supervision while using pool, swim spa, pool deck and areas of the property. Kids also need to be under adult supervision in the quiet room as the door to the room is quiet heavy.
