About the Space

Fully renovated bright, 1920's home. Featured in Western Living Magazine. 11 foot exposed ceiling on the main floor. Skylight and large windows make for great lighting. House has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, working wood stove, 2 balconies, a patio, a large open kitchen and a 16 foot eclipse door at the south end of the house that completely opens to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space. House is primarily decorated with white and wood and has a warm minimalist feeling.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
