About the Space
This space is great for Portrait Photographers, Product Photography. makeup artists, hairstylists, live tutorials, virtual meetings, tiktok recordings, podcasts, small studio art sessions, tattoo artists, and small group classes. Private restroom/changing area and patio. Picture booth, Professional Digital Camera, Product Photography Light Box available as add on services. Makeup, and photography services also available for additional add ons. All your production needs in one space! If you are a photographer and need a nice, safe inexpensive studio with alot of perks to shoot for your clients, this is the perfect spot.

General Rules
NO SMOKING INSIDE, ONLY ON BACK PATIO. No wondering the premises only studio, patio and restroom are available for occupancy. No hanging out in the front of the premises. No loud music (talk to hostess about noise levels) Please clean up any hair, makeup, paint etc. after your session is finished. Hostess will be available on premises for any questions or help. No more than 4 people per session.

Health and Safety Measures
Your sessions will be cleaned before arrival and any service requests will be set up.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
