This 100 year old storefront was originally used commercially. In 2014 it was converted into an artist studio used as a space for private dance classes, photo/video shoots, and other events. Space details: Open floor plan with custom 12 x14 wooden floor, AC/heat, central light dimmer, and concrete floors. Music equipment and photo backdrops + lighting available. The space is pet friendly with plenty of street parking* *M-F no parking on Alvarado 4pm-7pm

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
