Studio set-ups rotate throughout the year, and can be tailored to whatever your needs are. The studio can also be booked outside our normal operating hours, or for longer periods by special request. We're pretty flexible so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions ***We usually do events until 1am. Anything after 1am is charged an after-hour rate of $450/hour. 4 hour minimum on weekends. Food & drinks are allowed. For large parties with food & drinks, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will apply. If bringing in alcohol, you must apply for a SOP (Special Occasion Permit). Evening parties will require security at an additional cost. WE HAVE 1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it. Your booking includes full use of our photography studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and plug-in speaker.
