About Junto Studio
A SPACE FOR Photoshoots, workshops, intimate weddings & events, pop-ups, video production, workspace, and so much more. Studio set-ups rotate throughout the year, and can be tailored to whatever your needs are. The studio can also be booked outside our normal operating hours, or for longer periods by special request. We're pretty flexible so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions ***We usually do events until 1am. Anything after 1am is charged an after-hour rate of $450/hour. 4 hour minimum on weekends. Food & drinks are allowed. For large parties with food & drinks, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will apply. If bringing in alcohol, you must apply for a SOP (Special Occasion Permit). Evening parties will require security at an additional cost. WE HAVE 1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it. Your booking includes full use of our photography studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and plug-in speaker. AMENITIES Shared kitchenette & washrooms (in the building common area, right outside the studio) FEATURES Couches & lounge chairs (diff styles) 15 mismatched wooden chairs 3 wooden tables (each 6 ft long) Rugs (diff styles) Many plants (real & fake) Mirrors Lots of decor & props String lights for ambience All decor & furniture can be moved around but please be careful, and move items back. Our studio is constantly evolving so props & furniture may change from time to time. If there is a specific piece you require, please let us know before booking. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Junto Studio was the event space of my dreams! It was such an amazing experience booking this space, I really can’t recommend it enough. Theresa was an incredibly accommodating and helpful host and made the experience of hosting our party here feel really relaxed and easy - which is saying something, as it was for our baby’s first birthday! The space itself is so beautiful and warm - it really felt like hosting a party in someone’s gorgeously curated home. I can’t believe this place exists, it is such a treasure. I’m already thinking of how we could use this space again in the future. Thank you so much, Theresa, for helping us host an unforgettable event!

Rana and Theresa were nothing short of amazing during the entire booking process. Incredibly accommodating and worked with me throughout the booking process up until the very end of our event. If you’re looking to book a beautiful space then you have found your place! Support female owned businesses! The pictures of the venue are accurate to a tee and just as beautiful in person. Will definitely be back.

This cozy industrial loft was precisely as you see it and more. The team were on hand to offer assistance and show me around with warmth and kindness. The space itself is INCREDIBLE and there are so many corners to work with and some very genius props. The light was bliss and offered a perfect space to photograph my model and we were even given more time than allotted as there wasn’t a booking directly after mine, which was a very sweet gesture. Couldn’t flaw this space and the team behind it, a perfect experience Thank you guys. So much.
