The home is tucked away on a very private hilltop in the Glassell Park Hills overlooking the Griffith Observatory and Echo Park area. The home is perched up off the street with incredible outdoor spaces, including decks, gardens, views and beautiful natural light! Great for parties, curated dinners, photo shoots, film shoots, baby showers, bachelorette parties, corporate team building gatherings, etc. There is an outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and ample "hangout" zones including a sunken lounge area with views of the city, outdoor dining table and other "chill out" seating areas. The interior space has beautiful natural light with large windows as well as very carefully curated mid century modern and eclectic furnishings. This would be a great location for a still photoshoot or small film shoot. The neighborhood is very quiet and private and the home offers a very retreat like experience tucked in the hills. We want everyone to feel as safe and relaxed as possible in the space. For outdoor events there is ample room to social distance and all furnishings and surfaces will be disinfected. We will also provide hand sanitizer and wipes for guests' convenience. We ask that participants supply their own face coverings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
