This inviting space is perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, wedding showers/receptions, gender reveals, family reunions, receptions, meetings and more! 🎉 **Versatile Outdoor Space for Social Gatherings** The backyard features a large grass area, a refreshing pool , a spacious covered patio equipped with tables and chairs, a cozy conversation area, and a granite-topped bar with six bar stools. Additionally, a seating area with a charming fireplace, a paved area for additional tables, and fire pits are available (specific logs required). As well as a game area with Connect Four and Corn Hole for you and your guests. 🏖️ **Comfort and Maintenance** The space is adorned with surrounding foliage for privacy, while maintaining well-manicured landscapes. The indoor bathroom is available for your convenience, though please note there's no kitchen on-site. Pool house with prep space and refrigerator available for additional charge (see add-ons). For comfort during warmer months, ceiling fans are available under the covered patio. 🔥 **Additional Amenities & Fees** Several add-ons such as pool heating in winter, use of the pool house, large blue tooth speaker, propane heaters, banquet tables, linen tablecloths, and logs for the fireplace and firepits are available for an enhanced experience. No bonfires are permitted. Please note, this rental is exclusively for the outdoor space with access to the indoor bathroom only. Use of indoor space for multiple people or gatherings is not permitted with this rental. Pool house is available for additional charge (see add-ons). All areas are thoroughly disinfected prior to guest arrival and again after event. Pool is cleaned and treated before & after each event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
