About the Space
Historic four-story house built, in the Art Deco style, in 1910. Recently bought by a non-profit organization working for gender equity and women's economic empowerment. By renting this space, you will be supporting our mission. Art Deco details, hardwood floors, lots of light especially on the top (4th) floor. In good condition for film and photo shoots and more. The rooms are about 400 sf each. Some have furniture; you may move them around but please return them to their place when you finish. You can choose on the 2nd floor the "Living room" and or you may also use the 2nd floor green dining room, however granting access to the kitchen to others in the building. In addition, you may use the ground floor "Garden room" for storage, set-up etc. The pink "Cathedral" room on the 4th floor and the bathroom with the vintage bathtub may be available at times (without water in the tub) Availability for each room varies depending on other bookings. There is no elevator in the building.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I can't leave enough words about how amazing and fortunate we were to have this space! The space for our project was PERFECT!!! Had everything we needed !! Host , Eilish who helped us was SUPERB!!!! Beautiful spirit that was just so gracious and helpful and accommodating . Any questions, concerns or things we needed were immediately answered and taken care of. All around great experience shooting my film here!!

The Ladies from Kota went above and beyond my expectations. Things were not fall8ng into place and I procrastinated down to the wire to do a final booking with Kota; the staff were patient and flexible with my lastminute.com timeline, when it was all said and done my event was phenomenal. I plan to book any and all my future party with Kota.
