COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We make sure the office is cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Convenient west Knoxville location, spacious meeting room with bathroom and access to kitchen. Office is staffed and guests will be greeted by our receptionist who is available for any needs during the duration of your occupancy of the space. Plenty of lighting, access to office supplies and a smart TV with instructions for use.

No smoking in the building, if you bring food or drinks please clean up after yourself within reason. No pets or children.

Security cameras and recording devices
Space has a front door camera to ensure safety of our visitors. Camera is motion activated, and records video and audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.
Great place to go for video interviews! I needed the quiet space that I didn’t have at home and this was wonderful. I was also offered drinks when I came in.
