About the Space
Owned and operated by a professional filmmaker and photographer, the studio is housed in Brenham, Texas and centrally located between Houston and Austin on HW 290. The spacious, air-conditioned 20x28 room features free three-point lighting. The RGB LED backlighting allows you to color the middle grey backdrop any color desired. The studio also features a completely furnished three-bedroom, 2 bath BnB on the property which can sleep 12. For an additional fee, the house can be used for hair and makeup, green room, and housing talent. Driveway parking holds up to 5 cars and there is free parking on the street. Additional lighting, cameras, crew, etc. can be contracted. Please read through our rules to make sure we fit your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
