About the Space
This cozy home is great for filming or video shoots. You will have access to the downstairs which includes: living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. The space is approximately 1250 sq feet. The family room gets great light in the morning from the East. The kitchen is adjacent to the family room which would work well for movies and/or video shoots. The screened-in back patio can be use for meal breaks.There is a refrigerator in the garage that can be used. If there are additional needs not listed, please ask. Please note that set-up and break-down should be included in scheduled timeframe.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
