About the Space

This is a community art and music space, it can be used for many purposes: live music events, rehearsals, recordings, video shooting, art exhibitions, birthday parties, meetings, conferences, classes, seminars, company gatherings and events. We have a baby grand piano and a drum set. There is a small kitchen. During COVID we were using the outdoors for many street performances, dancing, live music and food cooked by neighbors. It became a very special place for the neighborhood.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Amber & Nyneve were incredibly helpful with my live event/film screening. It was clean and they stayed to help make sure everything was set up the way we needed. They also made themselves available throughout the event via text with anything that came up. The space has so many possibilities, I'd definitely book again!! Such a lovely experience :)

Yes, I would book again.

My dance company had our kickoff meeting at this space on Jan 14th, 2023. When I walked in the door and saw it for the first time, I said to myself “WOW! This space is such a hidden jem!” It’s a great location and an ideal space for our group! Our caterer had enough room to set up and serve our group and she even connected with the owner to set up some pop-up shops in the future! Definitely a great space for meetings and events that I would most certainly use again.

No, I would not book again.

Space was extremely cluttered and unorganized. I expected better for my money. Space operator aloof and not attentive. Event pulled off, took a lot of work. Only recommend for night clubs and music groups or spoken word.
