• No parties permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • There is absolutely NO smoking permitted in or near the rental. This also includes all deck areas outside. • The maximum occupancy of the rental is 6 adult guests. No guests are allowed in the home that are not on the reservation without written consent. All guest names are required to be listed upon booking. • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. • The upstairs storage closet and all supplies included in it, may not be used or opened by guests. • Do not use glassware in or around hot tub. Plastic cups are provided in the kitchen. You can find plastic glasses in the bottom drawer below the toaster oven and in the cabinet to the left of the sink. When not in use please close and secure the hot tub cover. Black and white hot tub towels are located above the washer and dryer on the shelf. Please only use these towels for the hot tub. Please keep hot tub set to 100°F when not in use. When in use, do not set above 106°F. • No candles or open flames are allowed inside the cabin, with exception to the fireplace itself. Please do not leave fireplace unattended. Fireplace must be turned off and flames completely out before going to bed or leaving the cabin. Ceramic logs are provided for the fireplace. Do not move ceramic logs. Please DO NOT put any combustible substances of any kind inside the fireplace. NO wood, wax logs, paper or trash. Because the venting is designed for gas only, any combustible materials will damage the unit and will cause toxic fumes and smoke to contaminate the cabin. • A gas grill, gas fire pit, and gas patio heater are available for your use. Please remember to be very conscience of the fact that they are on a wood deck... attached to a wood cabin... in the wooded forest. Never leave these items unattended when they are in use. Outdoor fires outside of the gas fire pit are strictly prohibited. There is a local ordinance preventing outdoor open fires, please do not build an outdoor fire; you could be cited by local law enforcement. • Please park vehicles in driveway. The maximum amount of vehicles allowed at the property is 3. • Please use dark grey face towels for removing make-up. Stained white towels will be billed at $20 a towel. Stained sheets and or linens will be billed at their value. • The thermostat is located on the wall in the living room above the console table and below the staircase. Please turn it down to 56 degrees upon check out. • PLEASE REPORT ANY SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE AT CHECK IN. Failure to do so will result in being responsible for unreported damage found after your trip.
