We are a world class, multi-room recording studio located in the Lincoln Heights area of Los Angeles. Each room is heavily stylized with different color schemes and looks to provide a variety of options for filming/shooting. All lighting is Phillips Hue, so you can make any room lit with any color you want. Location rental is always for the entire building, so feel free to make use of any room for storage or space for craft services when not in use. Building Layout: Studio 1 -800sqft live room with 12ft ceilings. Equipped with a baby grand piano, mic stands, and a plethora of amps and guitars. -90sqft isolation booth with 2 attached isolation lockers -456sqft large control room with a large recording console, speakers, tape machine, and gear loaded credenza. Studio 2 -254sqft live room with 10ft ceilings -98sqft isolation booth 10ft ceilings decorated in colorful tapestries -421sqft control room 10ft ceilings equipped with recording console, speakers, and full rack of equipment. all furniture is stylized in a mid century modern aesthetic. Green Room Welcome to our 1970s time capsule! Super vibey and fun with patterned wall paper and curtains, period correct furniture, and overgrown plants. Can serve as a private green room for talent, and has a private bathroom. Common Area There is a kitchen with a large fridge and microwave, as well as a dining table and bar top. There are 2 bathrooms in the building.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The studio is cleaned regularly, but will be throughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking in addition to our regular cleaning schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
