Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We not only clean and disinfect both the indoor and outdoor amenities thoroughly, but we also fog the property with a disinfectant spray in between guests. We also ventilate the house during cleans.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our professionally designed, modern 2 level back split (4 bedroom/3 bathroom) is a space that is sure to fit your unique needs. In our Lower Level Games Room, you will be welcomed by bright LED wall decor, a pool table, foosball table, mini arcade space invaders game, & a projector screen with a queen pullout couch. Our kitchen welcomes you with a variety of lighting options for any mood setting and is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking supplies; our BBQ will come with propane for each of our guests to use & our outdoor heat lamps make winter getaways that much more cozy! For the absolute icing on the cake, take a walk out to the lower deck in our backyard, where you will find our brand new Salt Water Spa & Fire Pit. Whether you are celebrating a Winter Wonderland in our hot tub under the stars, or taking a short walk to the beach in the summer heat, you are guaranteed an impeccable stay!

Parking description

Our home’s driveway can fit 3 small cars or 2 larger vehicles. Street parking is prohibited during the winter months, however there is a parking lot near by, for additional vehicles.

General Rules

Absolutely NO smoking inside the house Please take your shoes off, upon entry inside the house Please lock all doors and windows every time you leave the property Please put the cover back on the Hot Tub/BBQ when you are done using it Do NOT add any chemicals or soaps to the hot tub water Please respect our neighbours by quietly enjoying our outdoor amenities Please clean up your garbage and recycling from inside/outside the house before you leave Please turn off the lights when they are not in use No visitors in the house, other than those previously discussed Please respect the restriction of access to staff closets Please do NOT leave garbage bags on the back deck (we have 2 outdoor garbage bins)

Security cameras and recording devices

We have 2 outdoor security cameras on 24-hour surveillance, for the safety of our lovely guests and wonderful neighbors. One is located at the front of the house, the other in our backyard.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
