About the Space

This photo studio is a nostalgic nod to the late 90s early 00s photo studios ! This studio has a large colorful feature wall with all 90s-00s vibes, a CD wall , colorful furniture & a Pacman arcade machine . Front area is set up as photo studio , with full backdrop holder & lighting ! Second area acts as a dressing room area . Third & final space is the office. All areas are equipped with AC & heating . Two Large windows that allow for natural light & ventilation . Activities: Content Creation , Photo & Video shoots , E-commerce, Podcast filming . Etc... Lights/Equipment : Backdrop stand . (Backdrop include : Black, White & Green Screen ) for extra charge you may use photo studios Starshots backdrops . Light Stands Fluorescent Lights Umbrella Lights Amenities : Building has Deli Open weekdays until 3pm Bathrooms across the hallway from Space . Air conditioned & Heating . Elevator (Building is handicap accessible) Wi-Fi

A waiver form must be signed prior to studio use. We reserve the right to end any booking if any of the following polices are not followed. In addition any future booking will result in cancellation . 100% of the cost of each item or equipment will be added onto your bill if they are stained, damaged, or lost. We put a lot of care into our studio and equipment , and expect every guest to return the studio back in the same condition it was in . Host/ Site managers are not responsible for carrying in & out items or equipment for your event .Host are not responsible for setting up or rearraigning furniture . If you need assistance carrying items/equipment or rearranging furniture , a $50 charge will be added onto your bill. No Smoking allowed in the premises. The studio is not sound proof . Please keep noise to a minimum with respect to other tenants . Service animals are allowed , however you will need to notify us prior to your booking . Nudity is allowed, No adult films . No Illegal Drugs . Use of backdrops . The white, black & green screen backdrop is included with your booking . Any use of the other backdrops will be charged at $50 a backdrop . Any damages such as tears, wrinkles ,or residue such as debris , dirt and or oils that stain the backdrops will incur the full cost of replacing the backdrop . Booked hours include time spent with load-in/load-out, set up & tear down . Any overtime fees will apply outside of your booked hours at 1.5x the current rate. We reserve the right to end your booking at anytime and/or apply the additional fees if any rules are breached. *Prices are subject to change
