The Serena Sankofa Parlor is a private garden-level space in a historic 1850s townhome with 2 decorative fireplaces and brick walls. Open reception room with comfy lounge seating leads into the dining room/library. Minimally furnished midcentury modern style with vintage global décor provides flexible uses. Large emerald green/white country-style kitchen with stainless steel island catering convenience. Interior space is 1200 sqft and courtyard is 2100 sqft. The mature Zen-inspired courtyard leads to a brick-laid pergola area with a rear entrance into the garden. Folding tables and chairs are available. Up to 16 people may be seated comfortably indoors. Standing room for up to 50 people is permitted in the suite. For meetings larger than 16 people, please refer to Event pricing. Groups of 51-100 may be accommodated by selecting to add on the 2nd Floor suite.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
