Welcome to your boutique production home at Sonoran Escape! This large space has parking for 25 cars and equipment can be loaded from the front door, garage and back yard access. Exception location for commercial filming, photo shoots-photography, theatre production, movies, filmmaking, minimovies, with inspiring indoor and outdoor Amenities. Featuring a optional heated pool, dedicated work space, billiards, poker/blackjack, darts, volleyball, kan jam, slam ball, ping pong, corn hole, badminton and privacy of a large backyard in a custom neighborhood. Fantastic collaboration work site. Great location for family reunion, small birthdays, barbeque (BBQ), small bridal gathering, bridal shower, wedding, baby shower, gender reveals. This house is the closest luxury you will find to Peoria Sports Complex, Westgate Entertainment District, Top Golf, NASCAR, and State Farm Arena. *We are continuing to add amenities monthly to make the best experience possible.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Such a beautiful house! The host left a really kind note as well! We had the best time with so many games provided, tv and an even more unbelievable pool. Everything was just perfect. I will definitely be booking this place again!
