About the Space
Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries celebrations, large gatherings up to 80 people, but you can have up to 120 people if you pitch a tent outside. Sales meetings, Group retreats, Reunions, etc. Sleep up to 32 people overnight. We have a great backyard with a swimming pool, 2 fish ponds, home theater, pool table, foosball table, outside large yard space, etc. Up to the first 16 people you can use 5,000sf of space, and over 16 and up to 32 we open the additional space with a second cleaning fee of $297. a 6% PA tax will be added to all fees. (please contact us for the overnight fees) Discounts are given for booking 2 to 3 nights of stays.

We follow the CDC Covid-19 cleaning guidelines. Our staff washes linnen and towels with detergent that kills germs. They also use Clorax to clean toilets, tubs, sinks, and all touchable surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
