The living room has standard curtains that can be drawn. The dining area has a window with sheer curtains. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The HVAC unit is located outside, but you can hear a faint hum when it's running. We are a few houses away from Portland Ave., which is a average busy street (not like a downtown street), but the house is near a hospital (so you'll hear the occasional emergency vehicle). Will Rogers Airport is nearby and we are along one of the flight paths, so occasionally you'll hear an overhead plane or one of the jets flying from Tinker Air Force Base.

Ground Floor

There is a double car driveway that can accommodate four small compact cars. Or you can park your truck on one side and the trailer on the other.

There are two bedrooms.

Currently, the room off the kitchen is off-limits. We are working to make it guest ready, but it's not there just yet. Hopefully by July/August 2022 it will be a finished game room.

The breaker box is located outside, on the west wall of the home.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space or within 10 feet of a door or window. No glitter, confetti, body oil, rose petals, home births and firearms are allowed. Open flames, such as candles, etc., or frying are not allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Guests will not move the furniture. Illegal activity such as human trafficking, prostitution, drug dealing, etc. are prohibited and guests will be evicted. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

For shorter bookings, we don't require production insurance. But for longer, more "involved" bookings, we would prefer that you have production insurance and list Pro Familia Homes as additional co-insured. Please provide a COI to us before production starts.

We'd prefer to not move furniture, but if you can if you properly lift the furniture off the floor, so you don't scratch or damage the floors. Please return all furniture to its original location.
