Our top floor apartment has 14 foot ceiling, gorgeous decor and 10 feet tall skylights that create a breathtaking backdrop for photography. The space has a living room, bedroom and bathroom and luxury amenities including a gas fireplace. The apartment is the top floor of a 120 year old four story historic Victorian in DC. The product of a year long restoration effort which transformed this space into a modern dream while incorporating historic elements into the design.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
