Kindly note that your setup/wrap up time has to be within your booking period. Please note either myself or a site rep will be present on location in a DIFFERENT enclosed room and will not intrude from start to end. Space located on the 12th floor with a breathtaking view of DTLA. This is a professional space dedicated for all types of events. We have put a lot of work into these lovely spaces, which is also our home. Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all we ask! The loft is located in Historic downtown LA and has a beautiful open view of the city skyline and the skyscrapers. It is 50ft x 35ft and it has a 9-10 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light. What’s included in your booking: - 1 Conference Table + for 8 to 10 seatings - 4 Kitchen Bar Stools and Kitchen Island - High Speed Internet - Bluetooth Speaker - AC/Heater inside the unit - Large spacious kitchen (all utensils included) with working Fridge, Oven, and Microwave - Library Room - Two couches and a coffee table - Talent Dressing Room - Beautiful assorted plants that you can (carefully please) move around and use on set. - Yes, all the furniture pieces you see in the photos are available, movable, and usable. The space, surfaces, door knobs, light switchers, chairs, etc are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC in between every shoot or events. I provide disinfecting spray and hand sanitizer in the space. You are required to bring your own face masks and gloves for your crew. Let me know about any specific requests regarding Health & Safety Measures.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
