Conveniently located in the heart of Pasadena CA. With our space, we introduce industry leading vendors and specialist to those looking to host their next film shoot, photo shoot or private event! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space is beautiful and bright, lots of windows to allow natural light in. It is the perfect blank canvas for any event you wish to create. I held my son’s first birthday party here and received lots of compliments on the space. Host did communicate with me, however it took a few days to get a response back. She was however very friendly. She made time for me to come see the space upon request. Answered all my questions accordingly. Then only downfalls to me was the air conditioning. It was a warm day and we did have outside food being prepared. Guests had to go through the front door to access the food, causing lots of opening and closing of the front door and not fully allowing the room to be cooled. Second issue was that there is only one bathroom available. During the event the bathroom door locked somehow and staff was unable to open it. My guests could not use the bathroom for over an hour. They went to a nearby fast food place per the recommendation from the staff member, however that place was also closed. Unfortunately there was nothing opened on the weekend within a walking distance. We had to wait for staff to call someone to come and try to open the door. I did have guests leave early due to the bathroom issue. It was very unfortunate.
