About the Space

Hello! Thanks for your interest in our local downstairs bar! ~We have a newly remodeled private downstairs bar located in the heart of North Beach. ~We have everything from DJ dance parties, Sporting events (we have a large projector) corporate team building drink classes, bachelor/bachelorette, wedding receptions, birthdays, holiday parties the list goes on! We are very flexible to accommodate what ever your event requires! You have your own personal bartender as well. We are very accommodating to everyone! ~The latest booking is 1am, that way it gives you and your guests enough time to make it upstairs and out by the 1:45 cut off time. (Please only book until 1 am) ~~Pricing: ~The $50 an hour pays for the rental, the bartender and the space. ~There is a $100 cleaning fee. ~The $1,000k is what needs to be met at the bar in a 4 hour booking, the minimum goes up $200 an hour. With an additionally 20% gratuity. After a four hour booking the minimum pricing increases by $200 each hour Special Holidays Ex. NYE, Santacon, St. Paddys ect. The Minimum is $1500 ~~Let me break down and answer some other questions you might have! ~~ ~Your guests can open their own tabs; it just needs to reach the 1k required minimum with a 20% gratuity. ~You have control over the music and have several colored lighting choices. We have a mixer your DJ can hook up to or you can bluetooth your phone to our speakers. Very easy and great sound! ~We have a decent size dance floor, 4 small tables that go along a large wall with a padded bench. We have long folding tables for food if needed and 3 high tops people can hang around and put down their drinks while they dance. ~You are more than welcome to decorate. We just ask if you would please use command tape or something similar so it doesn't ruin the paint. If paint or wallpaper are damaged due to using the wong adhesive there will be a $100 fee. Also please no confetti, confetti balloons or poppers. They will live on the floor until the end of time! ;) ~More than welcome to bring in your own food! Let us know if you need a table for gifts or food. ~All guests must be +21 and have a valid ID. Please remind your guests the day of. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
