It's located in a residential area and parking is easier to find during the day. I recommend no double parking.

** NEW - as of June 12, 2024 - No alcoholic beverages are allowed. If you or someone on the premises has alcoholic beverages you will be charged a $300 fee. **No smoking inside the building. Smoke buds go in the canister or ashtray, do not put them in flower pots, on the ground in the backyard. **No cooking food inside the building. Catered food is required **No smoking in front of the building. In the backyard 5 feet away from building when smoking. **No confetti poppers, no popping ballons with confetti inside or outside building you will be charged $75 ** No tape, nails, screws, staples are allowed to be on our walls, it damages the paint. We will charge you a $100 for damage to our walls. You can bring or rent a backdrop stand if needed. **No ticketed events allowed to the public **Do not let ballons go outside, they get stuck in the trees and electrical wires and not safe for the enviroment. You will be charged $100 for removal. **Do not leave food, liquids, trash, anywhere, inside or outside. All food belongs in the garbage and liquids in the sink. We recycle... clear bags are provide. cans, bottles, platics (we will seperate) in one bag and cardboard in another bag. **No hanging out or drinking in front of the building. **Backyard is not included if you did not add as an add-on. **Our high performance speaker is not included, you must select it as an add on. **Children cannot be left alone in the backyard. **If you document 50 person as estimated guest and 55 or more guest arrive in your booking. You will be charged for the extra guest. **Add your set-up time when booking. We do not provide free extra time for set up. You will be charged for leaving late... We strictly prohibit any incidents, no physical fights, no arguing, no screaming, law enforcement is called to the space, no property destruction inside or outside (in front, down the street, across the street) the space we will charged you ($500) for any disturbances, no matter who caused it, whether you invited them or not. Your event will be over, music will be cut off, and everyone must leave. Tell your guest not to invite other people you do not know.
