The 1400sq ft. space is full of large bay style windows facing both west and south that let in tons of natural light. There are beautiful plants of all sizes, an earth tone color design, and mood lighting that keeps the place warm and inviting. It is our goal to pro fife design so it makes your decorating job way easier! We also provide enough seating and chairs for 30 guests, but the space can comfortably hold 60ish guests. This space can be used for a variety of gatherings, but the most popular are receptions, brunches, launches, vendor pop-ups, anniversaries, parties, birthdays, baby showers, photography sessions, meetings, and showcases. The space has useful amenities such as a two stainless steel prep tables, three bar height tables, four highboy tables, hi-speed internet, dimmable lighting, commercial sink, and lounge seating . Additional tables, chairs, and other equipment can be rented at your request. We offer a signature and soulful street taco style catering menu from our sister company, Taylor's Tacos. You can get on-site live service, buffet/family style, or pre-made taco, burrito, or quesadilla trays. Visit www.taylorstacoschicago.com to submit a catering form and you can get up to $100 off of your catering order ($250 minimum required). You are also welcome to bring in your own catered food for a nominal fee. The rental includes the space, 2 sofas, 2 moveable walls, commercial sink, 4 high boys, 3 bar height white tables, 17 stools, 2 wicker arm chairs, 2 stainless steel prep tables, 10 folding chairs, 2 trash cans, utility sink, and decorative candles. Six foot tables, speaker system, and additional chairs are available for rent. There is one ADA compliant restroom, as well as an ADA compliant entry in the back of the space.

The space is professionally cleaned between every booking by a professional and licensed cleaning company. All high touch points are triple cleaned prior to each booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
