The home is walking distance from Boyle Park; which offers hiking trails, bike trails, & creeks great for fishing all while nestled in a green forest. Extremely fast internet & Alexis fire stick is provided. The home air is ozone purified to combat virus/bacteria. *No Parties or Smoking allowed *If you a traveler that’s extremely critical of minor cosmetics related to the home then this is not a good fit for you. If you need a comfortable place to relax then this may be a good fit for you. The home is a traditional style house with an older feel. It is not a modern home. This is a value home and is priced accordingly. The home sits on two lots offering an ample amount of privacy and space. The yard is extremely large and is great for social distancing, exercising, or simply playing outside. It is equipped with key-less entry, an alarm, high-speed internet, a jet tub, a washer & a dryer, and a small home gym. You will feel right at home while enjoying the original hardwood floors and looking out the bedroom window each day gazing into the large backyard. There are two bedrooms rooms one room you may choose between either a King bed or 2 Twin beds. The other bedroom has a full size bed. There’s also a full size sofa couch in the living room. The second bathroom, washer & dryer and gym is located in the basement. The main bathroom has updated tile floors . The steps leading to the basement are steep. You may enjoy the entire property during your stay. The outside of the home is monitored with cameras. Coffee, tea, are provided during your stay for your enjoyment. The kitchen has the following: ceiling fan, stove, microwave, beautiful pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, toaster., refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and a tea kettle. There’s a large TV in the family room and a TV’s in all bedrooms. HighSpeed Internet, local channels, and Firesticks are also provided. Free Cable & Free Disney plus is available through the Sling. You may use the Firestick to access your personal Netflix, and Hula account, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with DISHWASHER, stove top ELECTRIC STOVE, microwave, an OVEN & COFFEE MACHINE. You have everything you need to make a meal- big or small. Including POTS and PANS. No Smoking/vaping in the home and no parties/events are prohibited. If found doing so there will be a $25.00 per person fee added for each person dwelling on the premises. There is a $250.00 smoking fee if there is a presence of smoke. There are devices installed that send alerts to the host if smoke is present. The home is professionally deep cleansed and the home air is ozone purified prior to arrival and immediately after your departure to combat virus/bacteria.
