About the Space

Perfect space for your next retreat, reunion, party or meeting. Up to 20 people welcome. House is 3,200 square feet, on 1/2 acre and completely fenced for maximum privacy. Our home is perfectly situated in a prime location only 5 minutes drive to historic New Brunswick, Rutgers University, Princeton University is only 15 minutes away, hospitals, restaurants, highways including the turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Interstate 287. NYC is 20 minute train ride or 40 minutes drive. The house is an expanded Split Level on 4 levels, with 3 bathrooms, large expanded family room on the main floor with beautiful brick wood burning fireplace. Corner lot holds 2 cars and many others on the street. Close to NYC trains/buses & highways. This is a large/spacious home that will not disappoint.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
