Tiny house available in the backyard of an older neighborhood. Space is loft style with lots of space to set up camera equipment and things. Walls are mostly bare so you can add style as preferred. Groomed Backyard is available at anytime for use. The house is a loft style and 80% composed of reused materials. Happy to answer any and all questions about the space.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
