A beautiful, light-filled, zen-like minimalist space. Primarily used as a Yoga Studio, and Art Gallery, we are the first tenant of Old Town North’s Art & Culture District. Large open area; great for celebrating any occasion, with beautiful fine, international art displayed. Windows overlook the gardens. Bathrooms accessible within Madison Place with key fob. Staff member will be present for insurance purposes, and to help with any questions. We are at the back of Madison Place, behind the Vet. For unloading, navigate to Sheraton Suites, Old Town, and we are opposite. Floors and surfaces are cleaned before your arrival. We appreciate you taking the time to clean and leave the space as you found it. Please include cleaning time in your booking. Thank you. Please Note: 15 minutes after a booking time ends, we reserve the right to charge for an extra half hour. Anything more than 15 minutes will be charged for another hour.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
