About the Space
With charming coastal modern decor, the inside of our home present great brightness and appeal. The indoor areas flows well together with a kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The outdoor seating areas are perfect for many different potentials with separate seating areas for relaxing, sunning, and enjoying a fire. Collectively, our house would be perfect for a photoshoot, filming, a meeting, etc. Located right less than a mile off of the 51 in Paradise Valley Village, very centrally located and you can get to our home within 15-20 minutes from anywhere. We have 8 chairs, 1 dining table for 8, 2 stools, and comfortable sofa and 3 lounge chairs in the living room. Outside, we have 1 couch, 2 rattan chairs, 1 stool, 2 lounging sun chairs, and 2 Adirondack chairs. You will find the house clean and ready for your shoot, meeting, etc. You are allowed to bring outside catering to our home.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

This home is beautiful and fit our production needs very well. I assume the host is new to the Peerspace world though, there wasn’t great communication day of and our team was set back because of it. Production days (what we use Peerspace for) are intense and having someone who is familiar would be helpful.
