About the Space
Beautiful backyard with fountain and lights to make any event lively and cozy. The space can be rented for different types of events. It can be a baby or bridal shower, a photo shoot or simply to relax and enjoy time with friends. Space includes use of a bathroom and indoor living room. Note: - Space is not suitable for kids jumpers Six Rectangular tables included. Chairs for parties of 20 (regular plastic white chairs) are included, but for parties over 20 people, chairs are extra. I can quote you depending on the chair of your choice. Linens are also not included, but I can help you organize your event. Outside caterers allowed. Alcohol okay. No drugs. No smoking on premises.

Cooking and food preparation is allowed on-site
In addition to the 6 rectangular tables there are two wooden tables also available.
The 22 chairs are regular plastic white chairs (please see photos). In addition, there are wooden chairs that can be used (12). If you would like to have nicer and matching chairs, they can be rented for an additional fee.
A living room set can be set up. Please see photos.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

It’s a beautiful house to have any kind of desired event. The only reason why I am not leaving a 5/5 stars it’s because of some communication misunderstanding in our booking, which we had to manage but it was an inconvenience. My suggestion is that if you want to have time to set up for your event the night before make sure to book 1 or 2 hours the day prior on Peerspace and not go by verbal agreement as this may be an issue later on. Other than that, Leticia was very helpful and made our event beautiful.

This place is a gem. Nice house with a very cute backyard. I Loved it, my guests loved it. And the owner is so accommodating., and nice. She really helped me turn my event into something to remember.

Had such a great wedding, lovely set up. Everyone kept giving us complements. The host is amazing, she helped with our dessert table. Everything was great!
