Historic Wooden Maine Clubhouse in Old Florida Neighborhood

The space is single large event room with dark wood paneling and exposed wooden roof beams. It is a old Maine style neighborhood clubhouse, build in the early 1930is by railroad workers from Maine who settled this area. There is a functional bathroom attached. The kitchen is awaiting renovation and can be used to stow away things but does not function as a kitchen yet. There is a front porch, a large lawn with old oaks and ample space all around the house. The furniture is an eclectic collection of vintage pieces. The land is 15563 square feet. "Old Florida" views in all directions, no new buildings, large trees. No direct creek access but there is a creek very near by.
