If you don't see it listed just ask! We can try to accommodate your additional requests for anything needed even if we don't currently own it. Most things on this property are unique and custom-made. You won't see it a second time. The house and backyard is equipped with lots of LEDs which can get set however you like it. Our layout can be used for all kinds of different things. Very multifarious, very unique, very adaptable... The pool was custom built in 2022 by myself and my husband and features a pool fog system, 10' wide grotto with a waterfall, custom rainfalls and deck jets, and at night time has some of the brightest colored led lights you've ever seen. He designed and built the system custom :)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
