Parking description
There are a few free parking spots beside the building which are more likely available early in the morning, after 6 pm or on weekends. There is free parking under the BQE half a block away but, park at your own risk there, I do all the time but, it's not street cleaned or monintored in any way.

Lighting description
There are 3 large windows facing north, the light is consist throughout the day, though probably brightest mid-day. There are no window coverings. This studio is best for someone who wants to be in cool natural light.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
I'm going to be honest. The walls are thin so one can hear noises on other sides of the walls and ceiling. Above is a wood shop so one might here some power tools in operation, though it's usually not too loud, more like white noicse. The 2nd floor neighbors are artists who work quietly so it's unlikely you'd hear them with occassional faint rumblings of NPR seeping through...

General Rules
No smoking whatsoever of any kind.
Must be mindful of volume, no loud music or tools that would disturb neighbors, this is a floor of working artists.
All air conditioners appliances must be disconnected from power upon leaving space.
Must wear mask in hallways and restroom.

There is a security camera by the door and by the freight elevator

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This floor and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between rentals. Masks are mandatroy in hallways and the restroom.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
