Perfect for photographers who want to shoot in natural light. This light is especially nice perhaps due to adjacent rooftops bouncing in light. Also a great space for a group that wants to draw or paint together or group meditations or yoga classes/ events. However there is a wood shop on the floor above so there can be shop noise.
