Bright Stylish Apartment With Lots or Natural Light and Rooftop

Welcome to my bright stylish apartment in San Diego, CA. Located in one of the oldest buildings in the historic harbor side neighborhood known as Little Italy. This is a great space for lifestyle, family, product, social media content, and Boudoir photoshoots. Open floor plan on the first floor. Stairway up to the lofted bedroom. High ceilings and a lot of Eastern facing light in the Morning to Mid- Afternoon. Dreamy Western facing light in the afternoon creating that perfect dreamy boudoir photo in the bedroom. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a mix of new and vintage furniture. There is roof access with a beautiful live green wall, but guests will need to sign a liability waiver and stay on the designated side of the roof that belongs to me. Most of the art in the apartment is made by myself ( I work as a weaver ) so please let me know beforehand if you will need it taken down and stored properly. The Harbor Arms Building was built in 1886 with a 3rd floor addition built in the late 1990's. The apartment has a lot of character. Old floors, but a few modern upgrades to the kitchen and the bathroom. *Within reason the furniture and large art can be moved and props can be moved around rooms (ie: pillows, blankets etc...) Please let me know if you would like items from the shelves, kitchen and bedroom moved and stored away properly so that you can have a clean slate to style. * If you are looking to take boudoir photos the bedroom gets beautiful late afternoon Western facing light. * There are 12 outlets * There are 15 steps up to the bedroom (bi-level) * The two windows in the main living area are 67 in tall * This is a walk up apartment building. There is no elevator * 1 Full Bathroom * Please let me know if you need to book a time earlier than 9:30 am to see if we can work something out. Please note that the Farmers Market is on Saturdays and parking gets quite hectic. I do provide one onsite parking spot, but street parking can get tricky if there are extra cars.
