Old Town Orange 1903 Victorian Farmhouse located near the historic old town district (aka Orange Circle) with lots of restaurants and shopping. This historic home has 9 foot ceilings with an entry and formal dining room, a living room with original ornate ceiling, and a giant mirror. The main bathroom is large with chandeliers and a clawfoot tub. The updated kitchen is large with a built in nook and an island. The bedroom has a narnia themed walk-in wardrobe. Backyard has a new pool and a large covered patio with a fireplace and a poolhouse. We have a large driveway that fits 5 cars. We are close to chapman University and the film school has filmed several films in our home. This space is perfect for your next production :)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
