About the Space
Have a productive and comfortable meeting in our open-floor, climate controlled space of about 500 sqft. Perfect for small conferences, interviews, and other meetings. Tables, chairs, and whiteboard are provided. Adjacent to the space are a bathroom and a kitchenette with amenities easily accessible for your convenience. Meeting Area - Most comfortable for 6-8 people. Includes 3 tables, 10 chairs, a whiteboard with markers available. Kitchenette Area - You'll have access to a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and water cooler. Bathroom - Bathroom basics provided. Note this building has additional creative rooms (photography and audio-recording rooms), adjacent to the meeting space and are not included as part of this rental unless explicitly agreed upon with host. Photos of these are included in this listing as reference only. The kitchenette and bathroom are shared with the hosts.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a studio space for the first time, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. This studio is beautiful! The infinity wall is was perfect and private. The lighting was great too! I thoroughly enjoyed my photo shoot and am very pleased with my decision to choose this studio. I look forward to booking again in the near future.
