This space is ideal for fitness classes, dance classes, photoshoots and filming. Beautiful hardwood floors, two bathrooms. The space is a martial arts studio on some nights so there are some wooden dummies and training equipment on the walls to give you that unique flare that your event needs.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Experience was great
Experience was great
My party was a huge success! I’m happy about that, however the venue was just ok, my party was of 60. I was left 8 (6foot) fold up tables that were folded up in the corner and very dirty when I opened them to set up, I had maybe 30 chairs some were folded up and a few stacked up, all the chairs were filthy as well! For starters that wasn’t enough to seat 60 people!!! At this point I’m scrambling to see what I’m needing to do about more chairs and tables!! Bathrooms were very clean! I’m big on customer service, this was a let down to me! I’m not sure who the owner was or even if I had met him! One guy let me in and one guy came to close up either was friendly! I also paid $125 fee for cleaning my family and I cleaned up everything we left maybe two tables up because a few guest were still there sitting at them, all garbage was bagged up, I left the place better then when I got it because I had to tidy up, once the person got there to close up my family helped him take out the trash and fold up the 2 remaining tables! Wish I had a better review but it is what it is and these are the things I like to know when looking to rent a venue!
