Breathtaking freshly remodelled 1800's historic home in the heart of East Nashville. Walk to downtown, walk to 5 points. 10 and 12 foot ceilings throughout. City skyline view as you walk off the front steps. Large front patio. White oak flooring throughout. Large historic windows for plenty of natural lighting.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Absolutely stunning space - was perfectly clean and smelled amazing (which wasn’t important for our video shoot, but made a difference to me!) We shot commercial video content throughout most of the spaces in the home and on the front porch. The way the host’s have curated their beautiful home is so impressive, and it looked stunning in every take. The host, Dan, was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend this space to others! It is a tight space for a larger crew size, so if you’re more than 10 people, just keep that in mind for any bedroom or bathroom scenes. Would love to book here again in the future!
