Welcome! Thank you for considering my space! **The main level is the only accessible area for your booking** The home is an energy-efficient, Meritage Home built in Aug. 2019. Dining table can comfortably seat 4 guests, 2 kitchen bar high chairs, and a sectional couch that can seat 6-8 adults. Interior décor is African-inspired with earthy tones throughout. Ideal for: * Baby showers * Small, intimate parties * Photoshoots * Commercials * Movie scenes * Filmed interviews * Business * Meetings * Blogging * YouTube * Instagram * TikTok This location is less than 5 minutes away from Atlanta's highly attractive shopping complex, the Camp Creek Marketplace. You can find popular dining such as Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Starbucks, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, vegan options, bars, pizza, and more! You will also find AMC Camp Creek, Publix, UPS store, Target, Lowe's, Petsmart, beauty supply, TJ Maxx and Marshalls, Party City, and Staples. Greetings, I booked this space from out of town. I am not from Atlanta. So, I was nervous. However, the space was excellent and met the need, clean, good energy and the event went well. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Second time using this space and it was just as great as the first! Easy to access, easy to park. The space is comfy, clean and warm. The host is pleasant and available if you need anything. Highly recommend !
