Loading zone through freight elevator opens 10 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, please notify us 24hrs ahead of your booking if you want use it.

Please keep in mind that the booking time includes setup, tear down, and cleaning. Put everything back where it belongs after the project, and clean the studio before you leave. A cleaning fee will be subject to from $50 to $100 if the space is left unclean and disorganized. Our booking is 2 hours minimum, please let us know ahead if you need more time for your project. We would be happy to extend your booking if there are no appointments after you. Please respect our neighbors and keep the sound level down, no excessive loud music and noise will be allowed. No smoke, powders, glitter, paint, or liquids may affect the studio interior and electronic equipment.
